He is also a very experienced manager. When working for the Isle of Man Government managed budget of over £8.3 million per year deploying almost 300 staff full-time staff to support children with special needs.
John takes part in regular professional development actives to keep up to date and to be able to provide better service for those who consult him.
In his spare time he is a scuba diver. He teaches people to dive and teaches and examines diving instructors with the British Sub Aqua Club.
